I guess some of it's features regionally depends and not yet available for Sri Lanka. Like ECG monitoring and things... I think they only support US region... You can find more details about the product and service on the official samsung support page.

Ya. That's what I want to know.. Why is that not available here? ECG and blood pressure monitoring services are not available.. No point in buying Galaxy smart watch 4, if these features are not available in our regions..

ECG and blood pressure monitor features work only with the Samsung health monitor app. The app service is not available here..
