Earlier (i think till Nov or Dec2020) Samsung Health (SH) used to give the total distance covered in the month in the History. It was stopped! Why reasons best know to the Code writer !?! Perhaps he doesnot take interest in sports. Hence, a sports app code should be written by a sports person with coding knowledge.
When i pointed this Faux Pas i was told by Samsung that they would rectify it in their next update. Since then updates did come through but this has not yet been taken care of.
Now i see weekly summary on SH, Samsung is pushing the summary with weekly distance covered (as in Strava) but the monthly distance is still pending.
Will Samsung provide the monthly distance, this year's distance and all time distance? Or they are unwilling to provide?
We do have the total distance covered in the month under : Exercise > view history > double bend arrow on the top right > select month and year. You can see the duration, calories and distance covered here.
However, I do feel it should be made available in the steps or active time menu.
