first : @mythology : Have you rooted your phone or updated it via a third party website? If so then this may be affecting your ability to access certain features of the device, however you can check this by going to Settings > About Phone > Status > Phone Status. If it says anything other than 'Official' then the phone has received an unauthorised modification, in which I would be unable to provide further support. Let me know how you get on.

second : Is your phone definitely not rooted @mythology ?

 

You can check by downloading the phoneinfo app from Playstore and checking from that app.

 

If it isn't showing in the general tab at Knox Warranty void as 0x0 then it's not rooted.

 

In that case try closing the app in your multi task tray if its showing there and then soft reboot the phone by turning it Off and On. 

 

Ensure no updates are pending.

 

If that does not remedy the issue then try going into Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear data and Cache.

 

If that does not help then uninstall the app and remove it from your my apps in your playstore and then download a fresh copy
