Hi, DrSMoodley kindly give the heart rate sensor on the back of your smartwatch a wipe with a clean cloth. Put the watch back on making sure it's in the correct position.
Wear your smartwatch snugly on your arm above your wrist.
The watch is fine. It detects the heart rate and logs the activity. The app does not pull through the heart-rate recording. I read on a post that the latest version of the app may be the problem. Problem started a month ago.
