It's not possible to assess the actual average speed, distance, heart rate, etc if it includes the 5min warm up and cool down in pace target. 5k in 20mins(4'30"/km avg pace) becomes 5k in 30mins(6'0"/km avg pace). Either remove the warm up, cool down from the averages or include an option to disable warm up and cool down. At least do this in the new custom pace target. Otherwise, the app is great.
