How to get rid of this notification? 

Also my steps aren't recorded automatically, unless the app is open.

Hi, I checked my settings and found out that Auto Detect Workouts option is enabled.

Ho to Samsung health app info and check all permissions..if still problem persists..uninstall Samsung health app and Install it again..

Note: To record steps automatically..you have to carry your device with yourself..

Microphone was disabled. I've enabled all let's see if it works. And if I block the notifications to get rid of the notification in the screenshot above it won't send me notification of my total steps. Then?

Open Samsung health apps and check your steps at regular intervals..or you can keep notification on..

you can also try by clearing all the cache data of the app
