My SamsungM11 is frozen oftenly but my phone is up-to-date if I want to use my phone I have to press the power button and I unlock the locked screen it's a major issue so please give me a system update for this issue🙏
Have u tried a factory reset? Sometimes when u update to the latest version, or if the OS version gets upgraded, remnants of old files cause freezing and lags sometimes. I personally factory reset my phone if my OS gets upgraded, but not for security updates
