My phone's fingerprint hardware seems to not be functional. I recently bought the phone. Please help.

On this App on the home page, there are 3 options on the bottom of the screen which are Explore, get help and my page . Go to get help > interactive checks > Fingerprints . You'll get the chance to test your if your sensor works.
