Fitness to me is to eat right and be active. Fitness is like being healthy and doing what is needed. To be physical fit means to be in a state of health and well-being. Physical fitness means the body ability to function effectively and efficienlty at the work place. Fitness doesn't mean that one need to join gym, a person can be fit by doing outdoor activities i.e. playing sports, running and other acitivities. A person doing exercise can slow or help prevent heart diseases, stroke, arthristis and other diseases. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. If a person needs needs to be fit he/she can start going gym or if not that they can wake up early and start running or can start playing some sports. One can start with keeping some goals i.e. if someone wants to cut his/her fat and they don't have that much time going to gym,they can start running in the morning or not even that, they can start walking from metro station to their work place or walking as much as possible, and the one who wants to gain they can start with eating as much he/she can it doesn't mean eating junk food eating soya beans, panner, carbs, corns and etc....
A person going gym should do it under the guidance of certified gym trainer, as without a trainer, person will spoil his body as the trainer knows what type of diet and exercise he/she requires to stay fit, taking wrong diet and exercise will affect your body, so to take proper diet and exercise is very necessary.
