Samsung HealthPost on Galaxy S
Or others😁
yeah its correct.Because ,the fastest voice transfer network type is 2G.so,if you going to get a call or come a call it automatically changed to 2G.(if you are in 4G)
So,you want to stay continue in 4G you have to active 𝗩𝗼𝗟𝗧𝗘
Its may be different Service provider to service provider
Mobitel- you have to contact mobitel customer service
Dialog-send SMS "ACT 4GV" to 678 and restart.before restart turn on volte toggle on settings 👍
these are only service providers have VoLTE in sri lanka 👍

Samsung HealthOpen the Settings app on your phone.
Scroll down and tap General management.
Tap Reset to view the reset options.
Tap Reset network settings.
Tap Reset settings and if prompted, enter your security lock.
Tap Reset to proceed with the network settings reset.
Or try calling your service provider

Samsung HealthJust adding a point, as an FYI.
VoLTE stands for Voice over LTE.
There are two main network types phone carriers use.
One is CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), and the other is GSM (Global System for Mobiles). Depending on which one you have, it can affect when you can use data.
Carriers that use CDMA networks do not support simultaneous Voice and Data connections. However, LTE phones on these networks can support simultaneous Voice and Data if your phone AND the network support Voice over LTE.
You have to contact your carrier to activate the feature. Dialog and Mobitel support VoLTE, I am not sure about other carriers in SL.
