Hi Samsung community,
Can anybody please dig into what the reasons are behind the South African market not being able to unlock or use the Blood Oxygen feature on our Galaxy Watches.
Other brands, namely Garmin, have this feature as standard and works perfectly in the SA market.
I read somewhere that it has something to do with documentation or other aspects that the SA Ministry of Health is not prepared to agree to. If this is the case then why does Garmin devices in SA have this feature?.
I have managed to get my ECG function working, but would really love to unlock the full feature package of my Samsung Watch 3 45mm LTE version. After all, the price is on par with the new Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, which has the feature.
I converted from Garmin Fenix 5X to my Watch 3, but think i might have made a regrettable error in judgement!.
