Samsung DexUnfortunately no easy way to do it, yet. There are Linux tablets that you can look into.
As for Linux on dex, if they brought it back, I’d buy a Samsung tablet and a phone tomorrow. It was a genius feature. I always wanted to be able to just bring my tablet when traveling and not the entire laptop, but can’t do any front end work on a **bleep** iPad.

Samsung DexYes please bring this back. I would only use a tablet and my phone if this was still possible!

Samsung DexBumping this. I'm a software developer as many others samsung users. I would spend a fortune on a gear that supports that!

Samsung DexSamsung made a deal with the devil and will probably not be bringing Linux on Dex back anytime soon ... wish they also didn't kill Gear VR. Terrible choices on their end.
I have my own setup that is as close to the Linux on Dex experience as I can get. Feel free to give it a try!

Samsung DexI also think this would be important. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, I'm a software engineer, and frankly it feels like such a completely impotent device due to the difficulties of having a proper software development environment set up (which is natural for me to have even for hobby purposes) that I'm quite certain I'll never spend money on another Android tablet, and will be looking for an ARM-based Windows device instead.
Samsung Galaxy tablets definitely have advantages in terms of ergonomics, pen support, etc., but purely with Android they cannot be used as a full computer, even if they look like one with the keyboard cover.

Samsung Dex+1000. This is such an obvious way for Samsung to differentiate itself from Apple and Microsoft's more capable hardware. Create the first real two in one tablet that has both a full fledged touch and desktop experience. A kubuntu container running off the new android hypervisor would be incredible.
