low resolution and low fps with lags

I like to use some android apps that not available for Windows so dex is the solution but I face many problems with dex like low fps and low resolution and some lag in performance. I try to change cable and use high speed type c to type c but nothing change problems still there.

Anyone else having same problem?

Hi,

The issue might be related to the cable, can you please try another original cable and try again, and if it possible please try another PC as well.

If the issue continues, pleasebring the device to a Samsung Service Center.

I tried using S20 cable but nothing changed . The problem from the software it self you guys need better software engineers

I've been using USB 2.0 to USB C for the past month and it has been working flawlessly for me. Now, today, for seemingly no reason, it takes 6 seconds for every interaction to update on my monitor. 

I haven't changed any settings, or done anything different. These problems have popped up for no reason.
