I recently factory reset my phone and re downloaded samsung music. Sadly, it's not showing the latest tracks I downloaded.

Uninstall and Download it From Play Store Again

Is it a problem with the app? Or do I need to check settings ?

Yes Samsung finished deal with Google music player install YouTube music player

It's working now. I just needed to select a song from my file manager. And all the playlists appeared afterwards.

You can also use the refresh option in samsung music so that the app search all the tracks from your storage.
