Microsoft office requires subscription for work on word & Excel

It is very unexpected that, when samsung and microsoft have a collaboration for lunching Dex in pc features in  s10 & note 10 models then , monthly subscription charges to be availed for microsoft office for work on word and excel files in dex mode.

Practically dex can't replace laptop . Additional charges to be  paid to avail 20% features of microsoft office in dex .

This is unfortunate and lake of research on dex.

I haven't seen this on my Samsung Dex probably because I have a Microsoft account logged in to office apps. I am able to use word etc using Dex and it is awesome!
