Galaxy Note 9 DeX mode

samsung Galaxy Note 9 dex mode not working with dell laptop what to do. I connected my note 9 with Samsung TV it worked

As per customer care executive DeX mode only works with hdmi monitors and not with laptops

It doesn't work with laptops. Laptops hdmi port are only for output
