IS ANYONE FACING "CAMERA COULDN'T BE OPENED " ERROR WHILE UNLOCKING THE PHONE USING FACE RECOGNITION??

Today i observed that this problem occurs only when we switch on power saving mode...

I think I know why. I think while face recognition camera consumes lots of energy. Test it while not using power saving mode.
