IS THE s9plus screen covered free. I have a quote of R5000 and i bought the phone for R12000. Its crazy pricing. Apple is cheaper

hi, unfortunately the screen replacement ain't free. I guess your quote may be a little high. try getting another quote from another service center. I know Mall of Africa is R500.00 cheaper. in comparison with Apple, Samsung is cheaper trust me. Apple cost a lot more

I was quoted R3600 by Samsung

each service centre has their own pricing. online price guide is R2600 on samsung website. then to be told pay R4000 and R5400 is ridiculous. puts me off buying samsung again.
