You can also try a soft reset of the device:
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Samsung Care+I experienced this same problem with my Samsung S10. Unfortunately, in my case my charger cable had been damaged when I traveled. Have you checked to see whether this could be your problem too?
