I have inserted a memory card on my phone but now my camera does not want to work both back and front.plz help what could be the problem and solution

Go to menu to access apps.
● Select a Camera.
●Select Settings.
● Select Reset settings.
● Tap Reset.

To Do That Press & Hold The Camera App, On The Pop Up Menu Press App Info> Then Click Storage It's There.
