WiFi, Bluetooth and hotspot

Hai my galaxy WiFi, Bluetooth and hotspot are not working all of the sudden 

Haven't received any updates since last year in march

My Bluetooth don't connect other device

Was thinking maybe to reload the software, cause no one is giving concrete reasons why these phones are behaving like this 🤦🏾‍♂️cause I'm not the only one

I'm not much of tech geek but don't know maybe it's the software problem never experience this before
