Hello,
I have recently bought a Samsung A17 for my mother. I have registered the samsung care + with my email address instead of hers. Now, on her phone, it's saying that the care + has not yet been registered. And when I'm trying to do it with her email address, samsung account is rejecting it. When I input my email address, it accepts it and ask to link samsung account. 
I tried to accept, it is not linking my mother and my samsung accounts. 
Any other option for me to activate the samsung care + on my mother's phone, please? 
I have less than 10 days to do so...

Maybe try the support chat on the members app or call to speak to someone that can assist.
