Samsung Care+I have had the Galaxy Earbuds Pro since the middle of last year & I can't express the issues I have had since receiving them.
I am a loyal Samsung customer with just purchasing the S22 and other numerous Samsung devices.
Whilst using the earbuds, I experience itching, burning, redness, blistering, flaking, scabbing and fluid leaking from the ear.
Not knowing the issue & not linking it to the earbuds, I have been to the doctor numerous times.
This resulted in having multiple anti-biotics, cortisone, eardrops & even being referred to an ear specialist. - All adding up to a cost that actually exceeds the price of the items causing the issue.

This is where we systematically went through all the possible issues & stumbled across the following:

I am now left with:
- Earbuds I cannot use, & won't sell as I do not wish this upon anyone else. &
- Medical bills & the cost of the buds leaving me out of pocket.
- Weeks of taking medication for something that was completely avoidable.
Please could you collect the product, provide a full refund & provide a way forward with a clearly defective product.
