My phone was stollen and it registered on Samsung app with IME.I am unable to remotely block or trace the phone.On Netflix the phones locations is reflecting but a moving target.I dint understand why the phone has been removed from Samsung app to remotely block.I blocked it with my Cell service provider but the phone still been used I did not have insurance on the device.I has all the Samsung from S3 to S10+.Now have to use A20 due to my contract still running
