Poor Service: still didn't receive my purchase

  • Purchased product on the buy and get voucher promo in Nov 2020
  • Submitted documents in Nov 2020
  • Resubmitted documents in Dec 2020
  • Again in Jan 2021
  • Again Feb 2021
  • Finally received voucher in Feb 2020
  • Purchased my microwave in Feb 17 2021
  • Told del 1- 7 days 
  • Upon following up - im told i need. ZA order number
  • I never received one
  • I was then told you would get back to me 48hrs one week ago
  • I emailed the screen dumps showing the purchase was completed as per below

I would like your urgent response as no one responded to my query to date. No feedback to my emails or live chat
