My Galaxy A51 shut down suddely and entered a bootloop

My A51 entered a bootloop 3 days ago
it only shows samsung logo and nothing else

it charges and enteres recovery mode but i can't get it to boot

tried wiping cache and data no luck

what should i do
it happened immidiatly after the last update and i think it was because of it

I'm extremely disappointed with the costumer service also in egypt they said that we can't fix it
