S Bikeu need to install jio voice app and set it as default for calling and keep data always on then u can make the voice calls from invoice app only

S Bikepress volume up, home button n power button together
wait some time
wipe cache portion n other options will come
wipe cache portion 3..4 times
then select factory reset option
this is only solution

S Bike- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
