worst beta program ever

Now samsung is going to shut down beta program and releasing a pre official stable for beta users. After this update we won't be able to see reviews and post reviews. Basically Samsung is going to throw out us from beta community because Samsung can't fix issues that we are reporting.

Wow Samsung. 

And the funny thing is they are saying they won't give us any official reply anymore.. 🤣 It's funny. Because they never gave us any specific reply.. 🤣 Always same copy paste. They never listened us. 🤣 

Shame on Samsung

I've worked as an QA in mobile firm and know what details are helpful while reporting bugs.

I've reported several bugs, even in the prior official release as feedback. Everytime, the response is same, we can't find anything in the logs.

OnePlus gives an option to record logs and share with details. Samsung provides no help for same. Many times when there's connectivity issue, you can't report because it needs internet to collect logs and report!
