Samsung notes is not working

And some other apps are not working properly please solve this problem

It works fine for me, try to Sync it on Samsung Cloud in Settings (so you don't lose your Notes that are not Synced on clod) and then Clear Data. Should start working fine afterwards.

Try clearing cache and app data and then try again. Make sure that you take backup/sync before clearing data.
