1 Beta update problems are not fixed and feedback is not replied properly.

2 Struggling to keep up the stable update schedule.

3 Only giving 2 major updates to it's phones. Since Google, OnePlus gives 3 and ios 14 coming to all ios 13 iPhone's. That's 5 th major for iphone 7.

4 Flagship phone's treated badly after one year.(also budget phones like m series gets updated first to attract consumers)

5 Drastically reduced the market value and re-sale value of the phone because of above reasons.

really bad to hear from samsung about the issues we are facing , they try to make us buy new phones every year by treating old phones badly.
