Hi Samsung,
Why is your team gives same generic feedback that " we dont find anything from the log file" while i have attached a screenshot of the problem. If you have a screenshot means its a proof that problem is happening. If you didnt get anything from the log file then what is the guarentee you will get something from another log. It is useless asking.
Appreciate contacting users via call atleast.
