I am again saying those who having a battery drain, do a hard rest and clear the cache. Take back up of your data. Hard reset is necessary after major android update. Check my battery stats. These stats are on heavy use.

When you do a hard reset. its mandatory to wait for atleast 3 days for the rom to get completely settle down to the hardware and as well as your usage. Android 10 apart from provides various optimisation for every app. So it's better to put apps to sleep after usage and other apps which are not regularly in use.

I did a clean install of update. Took backup of all data then did hard reset, after that installed the update. This is the way i am doing every major update since days of my glorious Note 1. And its better to have clean slate for start then buggy cache.
