network issues in the latest 7th beta

is it just me or did the latest beta on s23 ultra result in network issues? the 5g on my jio network has worked exceptionally well for the past 6 months without any issue but the signal strength is fluctuating a bit today.instagram freezes loading images at times.is it the beta or the network?
