motion smoothness

Is there motion smoothness option in M31? It is showing on google that there is a thing called motion smoothness in display.

Motion smoothness means high screen refresh rate.
In M31 screen refresh rate is 60 Hz.
There is no option of motion smoothness or increasing refresh rate in M31.
