compatibility of jiocall users using jiofi (india).. jiocall app not working

I being an indian user have been using jiocalls with jiofi device till this android 10 upgrade.  Now i can access  internet and rest all apps of jio except jiocall.  I cant even configure it because that app is not detecting my jiofi network
