auto restart and colour inversion

The phone is  restarting automatically. I am doing  an important  work  and suddenly  the phone was restarted. It is too much annoying. And also the applications  are crashing  and goes off when doing something.

And there is a annoying colour inversion. 

Does anybody face those issues?

If anybody faced those issues then please report.
