Worst beta support from Samsung

My Netflix app is not installing and lazypay there are lots of app ar not installing saying that this app is not compatible with your device and Samsung is doing nothing for this almost 15 to 20 days is going to be happened from beta 4 no reply no update. It's just my first and last time enrollment for beta version **bleep** Samsung.
