Why samsung is not providing the in built applock for flagship devices

Secure Folder is much more secure than App Lock, probably that is why App Lock is not important for Samsung.

I want to lock google photos and messages too so is it possible in secure folder? An absolute NO
Because having account logged in shows photos in the main photos app
