Why does notification panel on lock screen is not avaliable in Ui 7

You need to go into settings->lock screen Notifications-> Select card type notification.
It's selected as "icons" by default

That will show cards like older android but I'm talking about this which is now showing in status bard near clock instaed of here

Yes. it will get enabled on the aod screen as well, once you Select the cards option.
