Weird noise coming from earpiece

Guys when on a call...or even sometimes while scrolling ig...a weird noise like tak tak tak is coming from earpiece....is anyone else facing the same issue?

Go to system vibration and drag and release the bar, it should solve, mainly i am getting for whatsapp only as of now
