I was using shortcut maker app available on playstore to create shortcuts whoch can be easily accessible on homescreen feom oneui5. Now, the homscreen ui seems to crash every time create a shortcut and finally ends up not creating the shorycut. Is anyone else facing tbe same issue? If so, REPORT

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
