Unable to update to Beta 2 India

I am not getting latest beta 2 update released in India. I am on S938BXXU3BYER and CSC is INS. 

What's wrong and what need to do.

In india beta 1 released

In India, the beta 2 update included with beta 1. So you need not worry about beta 2.

You are on bootloader 3, you need to first update to June 1st Patch, then after that you should be able to enroll in beta
