Unable to see Notification panel icons

I'm unable to see my Notification panel icons when dragging from the top right & left corners of the screen. The notification panel Icons are empty & blurry. 
Facing this issue very frequently & have attached the snapshot & screen-recorded video for a better understanding of the issue

Same issue is happening daily more than 10 times when I restart it is good
