Unable to roll back to stable OS

Any suggestions please. I am unable to downgrade from one ui 5 beta. Some apps are not supporting and i am facing some bug issues and want to roll back to stable version. I tried samsung switch option both in windows and Mac but the downgrade option is not showing up. Any help is greatly appreciated

Currently no official way to downgrade. You'd need to try this out using Odin. Xda has the process on how to do that

Did you take backup from smart switch before enrolling beta update?

You can re-install software by using the PC version of Smart Switch. Once the software is re-installed, the device will be reset and all data that was generated during the Beta Program will be erased.

All data which had been backed up before installing the beta software can be recovered, but there may be limitations in recovering data that was created after installing the beta software.

If you need assistance, Samsung Service Centres support the reinstallation of official software.
