Unable to change wallpapers app crashing

I am unable to change wallpapers. Whenver i open wallpaper app. It crashes witnin couple of seconds. 

S21 plus exynos

One ui 13 latest beta

Btw tried clearing partition cache.

Clear app data and app cache

Delete all the themes and wallpapers downloaded.

Go to search open my themes and delete all the incompatible wallpapers.
