Soft key for screen rotate

There used to be a soft key at the corner of the screen to suggest a rotation of screen when phone been rotated. 

After a beta update that key got vanished..!

Any idea, if that's been intentionally removed or it need to be enabled somewhere from settings or is it a bug that's preventing that key to appear?

Well it still shows for my device... probably it's the beta effect
As of now there is not key to enable/disable it
