Screen issue

I can't open my ZFOLD3 in full screen mode as the screen doesn't work while I can hear the sou lnd of clicks while touching the screen in that mode.

Also when I use phone in the normal screen mode it works but camera is failing when I open any camera app. Is anybody facing the same?
