SAMSUNG tech team response on NFC working status, pls verify?

Hello Beta Community, Anyone able to use NFC in One UI 8 Beta. I raised this concern as feedback -attached. SAMSUNG team shared response which seems unexpected.

1 for what thing u are trying to use the NFC..?
2. For card tap u no need to turn it on.. it automatically turns on and off when u tap the card.. I never turned it on to pay by tap to pay..
3. If you are using the NFC to pair other devices or any thing, then turn on Nearby Device, UWB and NFC.


Please confirm the whole story also share what happens when u turn on the NFC, possible make a video and post in this post by editing it and then upload it the post. U may not able to send in comments..

Just try if you are able to pass the diagnostic test for NFC sensor, nothing much I require at this moment. For all ther sensors diagnostic test is complete expect NFC
