S22 Ultra Update Problem

My S22 Ultra didn't received security patch updtaes after 1 October 22. Also still I didn't receive regular updates of Android 13. I have visited Samsung service center also but they don't have any answer. I have connected with customer support multiple times but they always saying that you will receive updates soon since last two months.
