Will it be stable ui 7 update size will be less than 1 gb ?, as reports Korea beta user got stable update of 900 +mb size.

Yes, it's stable, and beta users receive smaller updates than stable users.

I believe the initial beta testers received a stable version, followed by those using One UI 6.

The One UI 6 to 7 update will be approximately 3.7 GB, while subsequent updates from One UI 7 beta/stable releases should be smaller, around 1 GB, due to bug fixes and minor changes.
